What Do I Get for $1?
The most stripped down, nitty-gritty, easy to use fitness regiment you have ever seen. If I come across a good recipe, I’ll share it. You will also get occasional activities aimed for new Dads or those with older kids. Simple, but incredibly fun stuff. To keep the cost down, you will have to resort to YouTube for form videos. You will not get an App. If you’re like me, the simpler the better… Which is the goal for Death By Dad Bod.
A simple e-mail will be delivered to you, after you sign up. In the event you decide to cancel, you will no longer receive e-mails.
There are no refunds. If you cancel your membership, you will not be charged the following pay cycle but your daily e-mails will stop.
What Kind of Equipment Do I need?
Very minimal. I operate out of my home gym, where I am a stay-at-home-dad during the 96 hours I am blessed with after I work a shift. The greater majority of my equipment was found on Craigslist or Marketplace. I have less invested in my gym than a year membership at a brick and mortar facility.
Who is Behind Death by Dad Bod?
My name is Matt. I’ve got a four year old step-son and a five month old daughter. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2011. My fitness journey started at age 11 after completing a local charity 150mi bicycle ride. Since then, I’ve competed in every available discipline of cycling. I’ve trained in boxing and jiu-jitsu. Competed in CrossFit competitions and ran several half-marathon distance races. My job requires a broad spectrum of fitness attributes, which is where the programming comes from. I’m 6’0″ and as of 12/17/18, 182lbs.
Like you, I’m on a journey for better fitness. The prize at the end of the road is yet to be determined, but the journey itself is the best part. Chasing my kids and two dogs around is the most rewarding thing I could ever ask for. I want to share that feeling with every Dad on earth.
